The House Ethics Committee says it will investigate Rep. Michael Grimm but will hold off on the probe for the time being.

The Staten Island Republican faces a 20-count indictment for fraud and tax evasion.

The former FBI agent and ex-Marine says he's the target of a political witch hunt aimed at driving him from Congress.
