A Brooklyn teen with autism who went missing last week has been found safe.

Police say Eliceo Cortez, 14, was found Monday around 7 a.m. near Oriental Boulevard in Brooklyn.

They say he is in good health and has been reunited with his family.

Cortez was last seen at the Sheepshead Bay Q train station on Friday afternoon.

His family said he went to the train station after going with some friends to a pizzeria near their Manhattan Beach high school.
