Police are investigating the death of a Manhattan woman found in her bathtub as a homicide.
Police were called to a building at 115 Eldridge Street around 6 p.m. Saturday and found 57-year-old Meilin Liu.
They said her family had not heard from her since Thursday.
Police said her family went to check on her, but couldn't get inside her apartment, so they called police.
Once inside, police found Liu fully clothed and inside a bathtub.
EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.
There is no word on a cause.
