An NYPD officer who was seriously injured in a Coney Island fire last month is set to be released from the hospital Monday.

Officer Rosa Rodriguez was overcome with smoke when she responded to a high-rise fire on April 6.

She's been in the hospital ever since battling carbon monoxide poisoning and smoke inhalation.

Her partner, 38-year-old Officer Dennis Guerra, died three days after the fire.

Marcel Dockery is accused of torching a mattress in the building's hallway, which sparked the flames.

The 16-year-old is facing second degree murder and other charges. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
