Broken rails continue to surface in the subway system.

Since last week's derailment, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority has found several broken rails and responded to several rail conditions.

Each have been fixed after only causing minor delays.

Last week a faulty section of track lead to a six-car derailment on the F line in Queens.

Nineteen people were injured and E, F, and R service was effected over the weekend.

The investigation into the incident is underway. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
