Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a missing 50-year-old man with Alzheimer's.

Investigators say Darryll Nickens was last seen leaving his apartment on Amsterdam Avenue near 100th Street around 2 p.m. yesterday afternoon.

He takes medication for Alzheimer's, and this is not the first time he's gone missing.

Nickens is about 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

He was last seen wearing tan work boots, a blue jacket and blue jeans.
