An NYPD sergeant finds herself facing criminal charges in New Jersey after an off-duty altercation.

Wanda Anthony, 43, of Staten Island is out on $60,000 bail after being charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.

She is assigned to the 122nd Precinct.

Prosecutors say she went with a man to his home in Watchung, New Jersey early Wednesday morning and got into a fight with another woman there.

New Jersey police responded to a 911 call about gunshots and found Anthony driving away from the scene.

Investigators say they later found a bullet hole in the window of a car at the home.
