The Plaza Hotel's lawsuit over a nearby CitiBike station has been thrown out.
The hotel had argued the nearly 150 foot bike rack in front of the hotel was an eyesore.
It sued to get the station removed, saying it hurt the atmosphere of the historic building and a nearby fountain.
A Manhattan judge disagreed and tossed the case on Tuesday.
The city Law Department says it is pleased with the ruling.
A lawyer for the Plaza says he is still reviewing the decision.
