A Bronx woman was killed in a car crash on Pelham Parkway late Monday night.
Police say the car 26-year-old Perla Reyes was riding in hit a dip in the road, flipped over and hit a parked car at around 11:20 p.m.
The driver of the car, who the family said was Reyes' boyfriend, is in stable condition at Jacobi Hospital.
Both family and witnesses said the accident was horrific.
"We're not doing good. She's not doing good," said Joel Reyes, the victim's brother. "My grandmother and my aunt are here from Boston, too. Everybody' really distraught."
"This car's coming at a terrific speed, hit this car, drove my car in the road, but you're more concerned about the occupants of the other car," said one person at the scene.
"This parkway is just full of constant, umm, the speed on this service road is horrible," said another.
Sources said the driver was sober, and sources said speed may have been a factor in the crash.
