Prosecutors plan to seek murder charges against the caretaker of a 4-year-old boy who is already accused of abusing the child.

Kryzie King, 27, is facing a 12-count indictment on assault, endangering the welfare of a child and other charges.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges when she appeared in court earlier this month.

Last week, the medical examiner officially ruled Myls Dobson's death a homicide, more specifically ruling the cause of death as child abuse and dehydration at the hands of an adult.

As a result, a Manhattan assistant district attorney told a judge that she plans to seek the upgraded charge.

Myls died on January 8.

He was in King's care while his father was jailed.
