A Port Authority police officer caught on camera performing with his rock band while collecting disability pleads guilty to fraud.

Christopher Inserra, 32, seen in the above video performing with his band Cousin Sleaze, was arrested last year and charged with fraudulently collecting over $30,000 in disability payments.

Federal prosecutors say Inserra claimed he couldn't work for nearly two years because of an arm injury suffered while on duty at the World Trade Center.

Investigators then found this video of Inserra thrashing around on stage and vigorously moving the arm he said was hurt.

Inserra will be sentenced August 5. He faces up to 14 months in prison and must return the money he collected.
