Two people were indicted Tuesday in the stabbing death of an elderly bodega owner in Brooklyn earlier this year.
Judith Johnson is charged with second degree murder in the death of 72-year-old Sergio Bosse.
The 22-year-old woman faces a maximum of 25 years to life if convicted.
Investigators say back in February Johnson robbed, tied up and brutally stabbed Bosse inside his Crown Heights home which was above the store he owned.
They say she made off with jewelry, electronics and the victim's Mercedes Benz.
The District Attorney also charged Johnson's boyfriend, George Chambers, 21, for helping her sell the stolen car.
He's facing up to seven years in prison.
