A delivery man remains in critical condition at Weill Cornell Medical Center after being struck by a driver in Manhattan.

Police say the 20-year-old victim was hit around 5 p.m. Thursday as he rode a bike near Lexington Avenue and 104th Street.

Police believe his name is Jose Carrilla-Guadalupe but are looking for anyone who knows him to come forward to confirm that.

The driver was traveling south on Lexington in a red Ford Escape.
