A Manhattan Supreme Court judge put the brakes on a health care and disability fund for cab drivers.

The Bloomberg administration had mandated that drivers contribute six cents per ride towards this fund.

But three drivers sued saying contributions shouldn't be mandatory and the judge agreed.

The TLC has collected $1.4 million toward the fund.

The judge ruled it does not have to return the money.
