Police have arrested an off-duty Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus driver accused of sexually abusing a woman on the subway.

Police say it happened around 9:30 a.m. Thursday on an express train at the Union Square Station.

David Gran, 46, a driver with the Manhattanville Bus Depot, has been charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Police say an an off-duty officer saw Grant rubbing his body against the 36-year-old victim.
