U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents say a passenger arriving at JFK airport last month was arrested after they discovered cocaine inside packages of meat.
They say back on March 20th, the passenger arrived in the city on a flight from Trinidad was stopped by customs officials.
Inside his luggage, they noticed three large bundles of frozen meat.
Screeners who searched them found over seven pounds of cocaine hidden inside.
The suspect has been turned over to Homeland Security Investigations.
