A Brooklyn man is facing a list of charges after what police say was a drunk driving crash that killed his 11-year-old stepson.
Anthony Pollydore, 65, has been indicted on aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter.
Pollydore also faces several charges under "Leandra's Law," which carries tougher penalties for those who drive drunk with a child in the car.
On March 23, prosecutors say Pollydore skidded off the road at Eastern Parkway and Dean Street, hitting a pole.
His stepson, Dylan Perry, suffered severe head and neck injuries and died the next day.
His two other sons were also in the car. They suffered non-life threatening injuries.
This is Pollydore's third DWI arrest.
