A Jet Blue plane was forced to make an emergency landing Friday at JFK airport after a bird strike.

Flight 671 to West Palm Beach landed safely around 10 a.m.

Airline officials say it happened just after the plane took off from Westchester Airport.

The captain made the decision to land at JFK as a precaution.

No one was injured.

Passengers were later rerouted on another flight.
