Customs officers at JFK Airport this week say they seized over $120,000 in counterfeit bills.

Marlon Williams Rodriguez Ezeta, 21, is now facing federal charges.

Officers say he flew in from Peru with counterfeit $100 bills hidden inside his suitcase in boxes, wallets, and cloth shoe racks.

Customs officials say the bogus U. S. currency was found when Ezeta was selected for a random bag check.

Officers say the U.S. Secret Service has now taken over the investigation.
