A 16-year-old boy is facing charges of trespassing after the Port Authority says he breached security and allegedly climbed to the top of 1 World Trade Center.

Port Authority officials say Justin Casquejo entered the site early Sunday morning by crawling through a hole in a construction fence.

They say he then climbed up scaffolding to the 104th floor and got past a security guard, who has since been fired.

The teen was arrested about two hours later.

His camera and cell phone were seized after authorities got a search warrant.

The Port Authority's chief security officer says the agency takes security very seriously and will reassess its policies to make the site as secure as possible.
