An NYPD police officer sustained minor injuries when he was struck by an all-terrain vehicle in Brooklyn Sunday, according to authorities.

According to police, the officer, who was on duty at the time, was struck by a four-wheel ATV on Pitkin Avenue near Autumn Avenue in East New York shortly after 3:30 p.m.

The police officer was taken to Jamaica Hospital for treatment.
