The family of the city bus driver who was killed while on duty says they're looking for justice.
William Pena died earlier this month when the M14 bus he was driving was struck by a stolen truck.
His family is demanding a stiff penalty for the truck's driver, Dominic Whilby.
"What we're looking for is the maximum sentence, the maximum charges," said Nancy Rodriguez, Pena's partner. "We want justice. We don't want William's memory to be forgotten."
Whilby will next appear in court on March 12.
Pena's family says that they will attend.
Their attorney says that they will investigate everyone who is tied to the accident, including the truck's owner and the night club where Whilby allegedly drank before the accident.
