It's been a tough winter for many, and a busy one if you're in the snow removal business.

This is the third snowiest February on record and on Staten Island. digging out has become a lifeline for out-of-work construction workers.

"I guess last year wasn't this bad. I guess this year it's kinda worst, but at the same time it's kinda good because it's the only job that you can get, especially working construction or any outside job. Either because of the snow or because of the rain you can't work, so we hope to get more snow so we can work in the snow,” said David Lopez.

Just this month alone, New York City has seen as much snow as it usually gets in an entire winter. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
