Police are searching for three men they believe were involved in a hate crime attack in Manhattan.

They released the above photos of the suspects.

According to police, the attack occurred on New Year's Day in Gramercy.

Police say a 34-year-old man and a 27-year-old man got into an argument with the three suspects, who were allegedly making anti-gay statements.

One of the men was then physically assaulted and suffered bruising to the side of his head, according to police.
