Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man who collapsed while jogging in Brooklyn.

Investigators say he was found lying on the ground in Prospect Park last Tuesday at around 1 p.m.

He was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The man is described as being around 60 years old, 5'9" tall and weighing 200 pounds, with brown eyes and grey hair.

He was wearing a blue jacket, jogging pants and size 9.5 black Adidas sneakers.
