A New Jersey duo has pleaded guilty to running a bogus September 11th charity.

Officials say Thomas Scalgione and Mark Niemczyk sold T-shirts emblazoned with NYPD and FDNY logos under the pretense of charity out of a custom-painted pickup truck they drove around to various public events, but prosecutors say that neither ever gave any of their $50,000-plus dollars in sales to victims' families or charities.

The men are due in court in March and face time behind bars.
