A man who was apparently kidnapped during the storm late Thursday night has been found dead in Nassau County.

Nassau County police say 39-year-old Menachem Stark's body was found yesterday in a dumpster in Great Neck.

The NYPD released the above surveillance video. Look closely on the top left of the screen, the video appears to show a man being accosted by two suspects near Broadway and Rutledge Street in Williamsburg during Thursday night’s snowstorm.

Police say the victim was forced into a Dodge Caravan, last seen heading east on Broadway.

Stark, a Williamsburg landlord, was last seen leaving his office on Rutledge Street late Thursday night.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
