Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz will likely miss the final two games of the season after undergoing knee surgery.
The team said he had the procedure Thursday in Florida.
Cruz hurt his left knee on Sunday versus Seattle.
On the same play, he also suffered a concussion.
Cruz had a team-high 73 catches for 998 yards and four touchdowns.
He was just two yards shy of his third straight 1,000-yard season.
The league said he was medically cleared from the concussion on Wednesday.
