The state's new health care exchange seems to be off to a strong start.

Officials in Albany say that more than 100,000 people have signed up so far, and more than 300,000 others have completed their applications.

Now, they'll have to decide on which plan to enroll in.

Exchange officials say that New York is on track to meet its 2016 enrollment goal of 1.1 million people.

To get coverage by January 1, stare residents need to sign up by December 23.
