The City Council voted on Tuesday to honor some New Yorkers by naming streets after them.
That includes part of Elizabeth Street in Chinatown in honor of Private Danny Chen.
Chen was serving in the Army in 2011 when he committed suicide after racially-charged physical abuse and hazing by members of his unit.
The Council also voted to name part of West 97th Street in honor of Ariel Russo.
The four-year-old was hit and killed by a teenage driver fleeing police.
And while the honor is usually reserved for people who died, an exception was made for Yankees great Mariano Rivera.
The Council voted to add an extra "A" to part of River Avenue near Yankee Stadium.
Rivera helped the Yankees win five championships in his career before retiring after last season.
