A grand jury indicted Corey Dunton, the 16-year-old Bronx teen accused of shooting two people at the Bryant Park ice rink last weekend, according to sources.
Sources tell NY1 the grand jury indicted the teen on attempted murder.
Dunton faces up to 25 years in prison.
Prosecutors say he brazenly opened fire at the crowded ice rink last Saturday night.
They say he attempted to rob a man of an expensive winter coat.
When the man refused to turn it over, he was shot in the leg and torso.
A 14-year-old skating nearby was shot in the back.
Dunton's attorney insists his client was not the shooter, but investigators say witnesses identified him at the scene.
