Two city zoos are laying claim to some adorable new residents.
The Bronx Zoo and the Prospect Park Zoo are each debuting two red panda cubs, a male and a female.
Born this summer, the cubs can now be viewed at the Bronx Zoo's Himalayan Highlands exhibit and Prospect Park Zoo's Discovery Trail.
Although native to East Asia, the Wildlife Conservation Society says they have a successful history of breeding the species in captivity.
Those wanting to see the cubs in their youth better hurry as zoo official say they reach adulthood at around 18 months.
