Many emotions are high as the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy approaches, so the Health Department says help is available for storm victims.

The DOH is releasing ads to promote free crisis counseling services provided by Project Hope.

Nearly 200,000 people have already received help.

To connect with Project Hope, call 1-800-LIFENET.

The free counseling is available through February.
