Police arrested a man at John F. Kennedy International Airport Saturday after authorities say he tried to bring several knives through security.

Port Authority Police say they found the above items in Timothy Schiavo Jr.'s carry-on bag at a screening point Saturday.

They say the 29-year-old man from Patchogue, Long Island was carrying a trench knife, several other knives and scissors, and a number of lighters and matches.

He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
