The New York City Police Department is searching for a painting by Norman Rockwell that disappeared from a Queens art shipping business.
Police say the painting seen above, entitled "Sport," which was featured on the cover of the Saturday Evening Post, was removed on September 13 from Welpak Art Moving and Storage on Grand Avenue.
It was painted in 1939 and is signed by Rockwell.
Police say the oil-based painting is 22 by 28 inches and housed in a gold wooden frame.
