Police have released a sketch of a man they say attacked a mother while she was pushing a stroller in Upper Manhattan.

Investigators say the suspect grabbed the woman and tried to sexually assault her as she was walking with her infant son Friday morning near a bike path in Fort Tryon Park.

The attacker was holding a broken bottle, but the 33-year-old woman fought back with a bicycle pump and the man ran off.

He's believed to be about 35 years old, around 5'9" tall and weighs 160 pounds.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
