One of the two men wanted for an alleged bias attack last month in Manhattan is under arrest.
Alfonso Lanier, 23, of West 27th Street is being charged with second-degree aggravated harassment as a hate crime and third-degree assault as a hate crime.
Investigators say he and one other man assaulted Michael Felenchak and Peter Notman near West 25th Street and Ninth Avenue on August 14.
The victims say the suspects made homophobic remarks before the attack.
Felenchak and Notman were treated for cuts and bruises on their faces.
The other suspect is still at large.
