Jury selection in the civil trial surrounding the fortune of a New York City copper heiress has been delayed until Thursday at the request of lawyers.

Huguette Clark was 104 years old when she died in 2011.

She left behind a vast fortune to her caretakers.

Relatives say they're entitled to her roughly $300 million estate, yet none of them were mentioned in Clark's will.
