Three people have been arrested after authorities say they tried to bribe a city councilman, who refused the cash and turned to police.

Rajinder Singh and Davinder Singh have been charged with third-degree bribery and giving unlawful gratuities.

Tarsem Singh was also arrested, and his charges are pending.

Investigators say the three men tried to persuade City Councilman Donovan Richards to influence the state regarding a liquor license for a Queens store.

Richards refused the bribe, but the trio was later caught in an undercover sting.

The councilman said in a statement that he promised when elected to carry himself with integrity.
