Police are asking for help in tracking down a suspect in several Midtown bank robberies.

Officers are looking for the man seen above.

They believe he held up at least five banks this month.

Police say he caught their attention for the first time on September 3, when he allegedly robbed an HSBC on the corner of 39th Street and Seventh Avenue.

NY1 is told he handed the teller a note demanding money and then ran away.

Investigators believe he then held up at least four other banks in the Midtown area during the past week and a half, with the most recent robbery happening this past Wednesday.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
