The British tourist who lost her left leg after being struck by a taxi last month is now in rehab.
Lawyers for Sian Green say her condition has been upgraded to good, and that she has been moved out of the intensive care unit at Bellevue Hospital.
She will now undergo therapy at the hospital.
Her lawyer says Sian remains in good spirits with her friends and family by her side.
On August 20, Green was walking along 49th Street near Sixth Avenue when she was struck by a taxi that jumped the curb.
The driver said he had been arguing with a cyclist when the accident occurred.
He has not been charged.
