Police are looking for a man who they believe is responsible for at least six sexual attacks in and around a Queens park last month.
In the most recent incident on August 26, police say he stunned a 69-year-old woman with a taser inside Forest Park, then pushed her to the ground and raped her.
Investigators say a 23-year-old woman was also tased and assaulted back on March 29.
Police are connecting the same man to that attack and four others dating back to March 2011.
In one case, they say the man attacked a 13-year-old girl, who was able to fight him off.
Some parkgoers who spoke with NY1 say news of the attacks has them on edge.
"It's upsetting because it's using a taser, and that's not really anything you can defend yourself from. So it is upsetting. I'm lucky I have dogs, I come with a companion all the time, so I'm pretty cautious. But I do see older people wearing earphones, and it's scary that they can be targeted," said one Forest park resident.
"It makes me worried. I walk here with my dogs and with my girlfriend in this park, this guy needs to be caught and freakin' put away," said another Forest park resident.
The man being sought is said to be in his 30's, clean shaven with light brown hair.
A $22,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
