Refunds are being offered for some people who attended Wednesday's Mumford and Sons concert in Queens after complaints were raised about overcrowding.
Promoters acknowledged that a small number of people couldn't get back to their seats for a few minutes at Forest Hills Tennis Stadium.
They said that refunds will be offered to anyone who felt inconvenienced, but it's not clear if there are any restrictions.
People took to Twitter and Facebook during and after the concert, saying it was too crowded. One person commented it was dangerously oversold.
Another woman told NY1 that people were told they wouldn't be let back in if they went to the bathroom.
This was the first concert held at the stadium in more than 10 years, and more are planned over the next two summers.
