Police are asking for the public's help in finding the man who they say assaulted another man in an apparent gay bias attack.

Investigators say he made an anti-gay comment towards two men who were were in a Koreatown cafe Sunday morning.

He then allegedly kicked one of them in the shoulder before taking off on West 32nd Street.

The Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.
