Police in the Bronx have released surveillance images of a woman they say slashed a city bus driver on Wednesday.
It's the second time this week an MTA driver has been attacked.
Investigators say Wednesday's incident happened around 4 p.m. on a BX5 bus at Westchester Avenue and Southern Boulevard in Hunts Point.
Police say the driver was letting passengers off at the last stop when the woman slashed him in the right arm.
The 52-year-old driver, who has been driving for 14 years, was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and sweat pants.
On Monday night, authorities say a man punched a driver and stole her purse on an M14 bus in the East Village.
