Police have released a surveillance photo of a man who allegedly held up a cab driver in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn on Tuesday.

Authorities say the man seen above entered the cab near Nostrand Avenue and Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights on Tuesday morning.

When he was dropped off at Farragut Road and East 79th in Canarsie, he allegedly pulled a gun on the driver and demanded money.

The driver handed over cash, and the man fled on foot.
