A former Queens teacher accused of having sex with a 14-year-old pleaded guilty Monday to charges of statutory rape.

Daniel Reilly, 36, admitted to having sex with the teen in his Forest Hills home last year.

Under a plea agreement, he will serve six months in jail and 10 years' probation.

He will also have to register as a sex offender and surrender his teachers' license.

Reilly taught English at I.S. 237 in Flushing, where the victim was a student of his.

He was caught when the girl's sister found explicit messages on the victim's phone.
