Police say that a buried body found in Queens is that of a Queens man who was reported missing, and they say a man who lives at his address has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with his death.

Police say that Derek Tudor, 27, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of Frank Soucie, 60.

They say that Tudor is the son of Soucie's girlfriend.

Police say they discovered Soucie's body Tuesday in a shallow grave covered in cloth at 1866 Putnam Avenue in Ridgewood, which is Soucie's listed address.

Sources say police came to the home after someone called to say they saw a man dump a large bag in the trash.

Gloves and ammonia were found, and a burnt sleeping bag was found in the garbage.

Soucie was initially reported missing about a week ago.

Neighbors say Soucie, a retired mailman, has lived in the neighborhood for 40 years.
