The commission looking into how utilities companies handled Sandy-related power outages has delayed two of its hearings because of this latest round of rough weather.
Wednesday night's Moreland Commission public hearing on Staten Island was postponed as was one scheduled for Thursday night in the Rockaways.
The commission is looking into the emergency preparedness of utilities and their response during the hurricane.
It will also offer recommendations on how to improve the companies going forward.
New dates for the hearings have not yet been announced.
