A steel beam signed by President Barack Obama was secured as part of the framework of the massive One World Trade Center tower Thursday.
The beam, which was hoisted up to the 104th floor, is the final one to be installed on the structure.
Back in June, the president wrote on the beam, "We remember, We rebuild, We come back stronger." However, the inscription will be covered up and out of sight once the building is finished.
The beam also bears the signatures of First Lady Michelle Obama and Govs. Andrew Cuomo and Chris Christie.
Already the tallest structure in the city, One World Trade Center is set to be completed in 2014.
